Cancellation Policy

All appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. A deposit is required to secure your booking depending on the service selected, and deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment time may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee. Clients are responsible for arriving on time; late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling. All vehicles are subject to inspection upon arrival, and final pricing may vary based on condition, size, or additional services required. Heavily soiled vehicles, excessive pet hair, biohazards, mold, or other extreme conditions may require additional charges or a different service than originally booked. For mobile detailing, customers must provide safe access to the vehicle along with adequate space and, if required, access to water and electricity unless otherwise arranged. Mitten Touch Auto is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, stains, worn surfaces, loose trim, electronics, or aftermarket parts. Window tint and vinyl wrap services require proper curing time, and customers must follow all aftercare instructions provided.
